On that first phone call, we’ll take a full briefing on the candidates you’re looking for. If we already know you, we’ll have basic information on record, like the nature of your business, hours and place of work, holiday arrangements, etc. Then we need to take specific details about the role or roles you want to fill. We’ll work through our checklist with you to gather all this information as quickly as possible or, if you already have a full job description and candidate profile available, just post, email or fax it to us.

After that, it’s only a question of liaising over interview times – it’s that easy.
