Reg Roberts is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC)

He obtained his accountancy articles in Sydney, Australia before coming to the UK in the early ‘80s. Since then has owned and operated recruitment businesses with a strong southern hemisphere connection.

Michele Devlin is a recruitment professional with a total of 19 years experience including 11 years spent in-house, working in human resources and personnel management.

In-house she worked in sectors as diverse as in banking, mining and television before moving to a major high street recruitment agency, and then running a public/private partnership for the long term unemployed. A fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Michele has been with Target Appointments since 2002.
